Veal Hot Dish
Ingredients:
1 lb. veal or round steak
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. rice
3 Tbs. soy sauce

Directions:
Cut meat in 2" squares. Brown in hot fat. Combine all ingredients with meat. Bake in greased casserole for 3 hours at 350 degrees.
