Yellow Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Directions:
Cream margarine with sugar and vanilla until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture with milk. Pour in 2 eight inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and frost.
