Almond Drops
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
4 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. lemond rind, grated
2 c. gtound almonds

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease some baking sheets and sprinkle with some cornstarch. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat in the sugar gradually. Then add the grated lemon rind and ground almonds, and fold in carefully. Drop by teaspoons on the baking sheets or use a cookie press, and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove carefully to a cooling tray, and let cool before storing. Makes 36 cookies.
