Baby Carrots
Ingredients:
1 lb. pkg. whole baby carrots
1 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. butter
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. pkg. whole baby carrots

Directions:
Combine carrots and water in a microproof 1 qt. casserole. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Add remaining ingredients except lemon juice. Re-cover and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until carrots are glazed. Stir in lemon juice.
Makes 6 Servings
