Spicy Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen crinkle cut carrots
1/4 c. apricot preserves
2 Tbs. water
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Dash cayenne

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in 2 qt. saucepan. Cover. Cook over medium heat for 12 to 17 minutes, or until carrots are hot, stirring occasionally.
