Baked Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. fat
1 1/2 Tbs. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn
1 Tbs. sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Melt fat; add flour. Add milk gradually and bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, corn sugar; heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and add eggs. Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
