Baked Crab
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
1 c. dry stuffing mix
Milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 c.bread crumbs
2 Tbs. butter
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
1 c. dry stuffing mix
Milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 c.bread crumbs
2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Clean crabmeat. Put dry stuffing mix in measuring cup and pour milk over mix to make 1 cup. Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter. Put into 2 qt. casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Makes 6-8 Servings
