Baked Lima Beans
Ingredients:
2 c. dried lima beans
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. syrup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
3 strips bacon
2 c. dried lima beans

Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Cook slowly until tender; add 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard when partially cooked. Drain and place in 3 qt. casserole. Add syrup, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp.dry mustard and pepper. Mix well. Add the cream; lay strips of bacon on top. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
