Beef-Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green peppwer
1/3 c. chopped green onion
8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green peppwer
1/3 c. chopped green onion
8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Directions:
Combine ground beef and onion in skillet; cook until beef is browned. Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce; simmer slowly. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onion. Place half of noodles in bottom of 3-quart casserole. Top with cheese mixture and remaining noodles. Pour meat mixture over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
