Beef-Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter
1 med. onion, diced
1 stalk of celery, chopped
2 c. cooked beef, cubed
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. macaroni, cooked
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbs. cheese, grated
1/2-1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Cook onion and celery in melted butter for 5 minutes; add beef and brown. Add mushrooms, macaroni, tomato soup and salt to taste. Top with cheese; heat thoroughly at 350 degrees.
