Beef Stroganoff Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 large onion, cut in rings
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
Olive, optional
Green pepper, optional

Directions:
Brown meat and onions; add seasonings and green pepper if desired. Add mushroom soup; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; mix in sour cream and sliced olives if desired. Combine meat mixture with macaroni; Bake in a greased casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
