Beef Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Commercial taco sauce
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed
1.4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
Commercial taco shells
2 to 3 c. shredded lettuce
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Commercial taco sauce
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed
1.4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
Commercial taco shells
2 to 3 c. shredded lettuce
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain. Stir in 3 Tbs. taco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon about 2 Tbs. meat mixture into each taco shell; top meat mixture with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and 1 to 2 Tbs. taco sauce. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.
Makes 6 Servings
