Danish Beef Loaves
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomatoes well-drained
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/43 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Mix ground beef lightly with tomatoes, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Shape into 6 individual loaves; make a small hollow in top of each. Bake in moderate oven (350) 30 minutes; spoon 1 tsp. blue cheese into hollow in each. Bake 10 minutes longer, or until cheese is melty and loaves are richly browned.
