Blackberry Crumb Pie
Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
3 Tbs. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh blackberries
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
1 Tbs. sugar
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. butter, melted

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Place blackberries in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle 1 Tbs. sugar over berries. Spread sour cream mixture over berries. Combine bread crumbs, 1 Tbs. sugar, and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until center of pie is firm.
Makes 6-8 Servings
