Blackberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pts. blackberries
2 Tbs. blackberry brandy
2 Tbs. fresh orange juice
3 Tbs. honey

2 Tbs. fresh orange juice
3 Tbs. honey
Directions:
Pick over and reserve 1 cup of the smallest and most attractive berries. In a food processor, puree the remaining 2 cups of berries with the brandy, orange juice and honey. Transfer the mixture to a sieve set over a medium-sized bowl. Press through the sieve and discard the seeds. The sauce can be made up to eight hours ahead and stored, covered, in the refrigerator.) Stir the remaining berries into the saucew just before serving.
Makes about 2 cups.Serve over vanill frozen yogurt or a slice of angel food cake.
