Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
2 qts. bread cubes
1 1/2 qts milk
1 c sugar
3/4 c. eggs (3-4 large eggs)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. vanilla
cinnamon
raisins

Directions:
Put bread in pan. Sprinkle with raisins. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla and melted margarine. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
