Butter Nut Balls
Ingredients:
Cream:
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
3 c. flour
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Form into small balls; dip into slightly beaten egg whites, then into ground nuts. Place on greased cookie sheet and press candied cherry on top. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
