Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen cubed hashbrowns, boiled
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Place potatoes in casserole dish. Heat butter and soup in a pan. Blend in sour cream, onions and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Top with more grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
