Cream Cheese Mints
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. 10x sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
Few drops of flavoring (such as almond, vanilla, peppermint, lemon)
Coloring as desired for intensity

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
Few drops of flavoring (such as almond, vanilla, peppermint, lemon)
Coloring as desired for intensity
Directions:
Mix 10x sugar and cream cheese. Knead like by dough by hand. Add flavoring and coloring and mix. Roll into balls the size of marbles, roll into sugar. Press into mold. Unmold at once on wax paper. Allow to dry on one side, then turn to other side.
