Cherry Cobbler
Ingredients:
Melt 3/4 stick of margarine in an 8 or 9 inch square pan or round pan.
Make a batter of:
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Pour over melted butter, but do not stir. Over top of butter, pour 2 c. drained, canned or frozen fruit (thawed),such as peaches, cherries, blueberries or apples mixed with 1/2 c. sugar (no sugar if fruit is already sweetened).Bake for 1 hour at 350. Serve warm with sugar and milk.
