Chicken Loaf
Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbs. onion, chopped
3 c. cooked, chicken, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and catrrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Combine eggs and 3/4 c. milk. Add remaining ingredients except soup and 1/2 c. milk. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan or casserole. Place in shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce made from soup and 1/2 c. milk.
