Ingredients:
1/4 c. oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Topping
1/4 c. oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Combine oil, egg and milk. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to milk mixture; mix well. Pour into greased 9x9x2" pan.Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
Topping: Combine 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 Tbs. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 Tbs. melted butter and 1/2 c. broken nuts.
