Ingredients:
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Measure flour, cornmeal and baking powder together. Add alternately the dry ingredients and milk to the creamed shortening, sugar and eggs. Pour into 9x13" baking pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
