Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn, grated
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbs. cream or milk
oil for frying

Directions:
Add beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper to corn. Mix thoroughly. Add the milk.Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Brown on all sides.
