Crab-Cheese Buns
Ingredients:
2 c. shredded process American cheese
1/3 c. butter
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
6 hamburger buns, split
2 c. shredded process American cheese

Directions:
Heat cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat until melted; remove from heat. Stir in crabmeat. Place buns, cut sides up, on rack in broiler pan. Spread with crabmeat mixture. Broil with tops 4 to 5" from heat until lightly brown and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
