Crab Parmesan Toast
Ingredients:
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. crab meat, flaked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/8 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 loaf French bread, about 16" long
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

1 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together soup, crab meat, celery, onions, lemon peel and lemon juice. Diagonally slice bread into 26 slices. Arrange on 2 cookie sheets. Broil 4" from the heat 2 minutes, turning once, until toasted.Spread 2 Tbs. crab mixture on each bread slice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
