Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbs. chopped onion
2 Tbs. butter tsp.
2 Tbs. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Cook mushrooms and onion in butter till tender but not brown. Blend in flour; add chicken broth. Cook, stirring constantly, till slightly thickened and bubbly. Stir in whipping cream, salt, nutmeg and white pepper. Heat through.
Makes 4-6 Servings
