Creamy Kidney Bean Salad
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. pickle relish
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Combine drained beans, eggs, celery, onion, pickle relish and cheese. add sour cream and toss. Chill1-2 hours. Serve on bed of lettuce.
