Egg-Bacon-Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 c. each mayonnaise and sour cream
2 hard-cooked eggs,separated, yolks mashed and whites cut in wedges
1 Tbs. diced pimiento
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked,drained and cooled
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
1/2 c. each mayonnaise and sour cream

Directions:
In large bowl mix well mayonnaise, sour cream. yolks.pimiento,mustard,salt and pepper. Add macaroni and 3/4 of the bacon; toss to coat well. Garnish with egg white remaining bacon and parsley. Chill.
