Crepes
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbs. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In a bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, oil, and salt; beat with rotary beater till blended. Heat a lightly greased 6" skillet; remove from heat. Spoon in about 2 Tbs. batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly. Return to heat; brown on 1 side only. To remove, invert pan over paper toweling. Repeat with remaining batter to make 12 crepes, greasing skillet occasionally.
