Dried Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
1 c. dried beef
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 can of mushroom sauce
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
2-3 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
1 c. dried beef

2-3 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and put half of the mixture into a 1 1/2 qt. casserloe. Put half of bread crumbs over that and then arrange egg slices on top. Add remaining half of mixture, layering with bread crumbs and cheese. Reserve the last 1/4 c. of cheese for top of casserole.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
