Egg Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbs. chili sauce
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
5 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
12 slices bread
butter, softened

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except last 2. Spread 6 slices bread with the mixture. Spread remaining bread with butter and close sandwiches. Makes about 2 1/2 c. filling, or enough for 6 sandwiches.
