Glazed Strawberry pie
Ingredients:
Baked 9" pie shell, cooled
1 qt. drained hulled strawberries
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. juice
1 c. sugar
3 Tbs. corn starch
Baked 9" pie shell, cooled
1 qt. drained hulled strawberries
3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 c. sugar
3 Tbs. corn starch
Directions:
Spread softened cream cheese over bottom of pastry shell. Cover with half the berries. Mash and strain rest of berries until juice is extracted; add water, if needed, to make 1 1/2 c. juice. Bring juice to boil; stir in sugar and cornstarch. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling; boil 1 minute. pour over berries in pie shell. Chill 2 hours. Just before serving, decorate with whipped cream.
