Ingredients:
Pastry for 9" double crust pie
6 c. sliced, fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbs. butter

6 c. sliced, fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sugar

1/8 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine peaches, lemon juice, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until peaches are coated. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Flute and vent crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Makes 6-8 Servings
