Ingredients:
2 oz. tofu, cubed
3 green onions, chopped
2 ripe avocados, peeled, halved, pitted, and chopped
1 small tomato, diced
1 can (4 oz.) mild green chilies, drained and chopped
1 Tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbs. Spicy Salsa
1 Tba. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
In a blender or food processor. puree the tofu until smooth. Add green onions, avocados, tomato, chilies, lemon juice, salsa, and seasonings. Process until smooth; do not puree.
