Ham-Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 slice of ham, 1/2" thick
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Milk

Directions:
Cut ham slice into pieces. Arrange layers of ham, potato, onion and parsley in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle a little flour when layering. Add enough milk until you see it at the edge of the casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Makes 5-6 Servings
