Hamburger-Potato Puffs
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbs. parsley, chopped
Mashed potatoes

Mashed potatoes
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in skillet. Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and parsley to potatoes; place spoonfuls around edge of casserole dish on beef mixture. Bake at 400 fot 10 minutes or until potatoes puffs are lightly browned.
Makes 6 Servings
