Potato Filling
Ingredients:
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion
1 c. butter
6 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 c. boiling water
2 pinches saffron
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 qt. mashed potatoes
2 pkgs. bread cubes

Directions:
Put saffron in water. Sautee celery and onion in butter till soft. Pour everything over bread cubes. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. This makes a large amount. You can use some and freeze some either before or after baking.
