Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/12 c. sour crteam

1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/12 c. sour crteam
Directions:
Brown beef in half of the butter; add remaining butter, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute until onions are tender.
Add Worcestershire sauce; stir in flour, then the chili sauce. Just before serving, blend in sour cream. Serve hot over noodles or spaghetti.
