Hamburger Hot Pot
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 medium onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1/2 c. canned condensed beef broth

Directions:
Place 1/3 of the potato slices in the bottom of a buttered electric skillet; top with even layers of the ground beef and half of the onion slices. Repeat layers, ending with potato slices arranged in an attractive pattern on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; dot with butter; sprinkle with parsley. Pour beef broth over; cover. Set heat control at 225. Simmer 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
