Hot Chicken
Ingredients:
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Butter
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 Tbs. soy sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 Tbs chopped parsley
Pepper
1 can chow mein noodles
1/3 c. cashews
1/4 c. onion, chopped

Directions:
Fry onion and celery in butter until tender. Add mushroom soup and chicken broth. Season with soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and pepper. Add chicken and parsley; simmer. Pour into 1 qt. casserole. Sprinkle chow mein noodles and cashews on top. Cover; bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 6 Servings
