Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. raisins
2 Tbs. caraway seeds

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients; add raisins and caraway seeds and set aside. Mix egg, sour cream and milk and add to dry ingredients. With floured hands, knead slightly and form into a ball. Put on a greased baking sheet, cut a cross in the top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
