Italian Chile
Ingredients:
4 Tbs. butter
1 medium onion. diced
2 lb.. ground beef
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (1lb. 14 oz.) chili beans
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 Tbs. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, cook the onions in the butter until they are tender. Add the beef and brown it. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer the chili for one hour. The chili may be served with grated cheese.
