Lemon Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. 10x sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
Additional 10x sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. 10x sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9" baking pan; bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and remaining 3 Tbs. flour; mix well. Pour over baked crust; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut bars. Sprinkle with additional 10x sugar. Store covered in refrigerator.
