Ingredients:
1 Tbs. low-fat cream cheese
1 lettuce leaf, Bibb or red-leaf
1/2 tsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
1 Tbs. low-fat cream cheese

Directions:
Spread cream cheese on lettuce, being careful not to tear the leaf. Sprinkle sunflower seeds onto cream cheese. Roll letuce. Makes 1 leaf.
