Meatballs with Gravy
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs, ground beef
2 Tbs. chopped parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 pkg. brown gravy mix

Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1" balls. Brown in skillet. Drain fat. Place in Crock-Pot. Cover. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or can be left on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice. Could be used for appetizer.
