Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbs. chopped celery
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Saute celery and onions in butter until clear. Place ground beef in mixing bowl with onion mixture, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. Form into walnut size balls, brown quickly and bake in oven at 250 covered with 1 pint sour cream.
