Mexican Mix-up
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 clove garlic
2 c. beef gravy
2 c. kidney beans, drained
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1/2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 clove garlic
2 c. beef gravy
2 c. kidney beans, drained
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef and cook the onion and green pepper with the chili powder and garlic until the vegetables are tender. Add the gravy, beans, macaroni, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a 2 qt. baking dish and bake it at 450 for 15 minutes. Stir it, top it with the cheese, and bake it until the cheese melts.
