Ingredients:
2 c. chopped cooked beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbs. shortening
1 1/2 c. finely chopped raw potato
1 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
In 10" oven-going skillet cook beef and onion in shortening till onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add potato, corn, soup, and chili powder; stir to combine. Bake, covered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
