Mock Filet Mignon
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
Milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ground raw carrot
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. onion juice
6 slices bacon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bacon; shape into patties 3/4" thick. Wrap each patty with 1 slice of bacon; stick with toothpicks. Place on broiler rack 3" from unit. Broil for 15 minutes.
